We’ve teamed up with the National Lottery Newham London Anniversary Run and have a T-shirt signed by three-time Olympic champion Kenenisa Bekele up for grabs

The countdown has started to a great summer of sporting events, including the National Lottery Newham London Anniversary Run, which is back after its debut at the Olympic Stadium in 2013.

This year s event will take place on Sunday July 20 and will enable runners to continue the celebration of London 2012 s legacy.

The five-mile course around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park includes the Velodrome, London Aquatics Centre and the Copperbox. Competitors will also get the chance to see the athletes former basecamp as they run through the East Village, as well as the new parklands and river ways.

Runners of all abilities are invited to enter and there will be a shorter distance available for children in the family run, where youngsters of five years and older can take part with an accompanying adult.

The event will return to the stadium in 2015, when it reopens after the current redevelopment work, and those who get a place in this year s run will automatically get priority for a place in 2015. To enter for the 2014 run go to www.anniversaryrun.com.
